A communicator and educator, Tas is a reference in exploring the frontiers of language and technology. Creator of iconic characters and projects such as Ernesto Varela, Rá-Tim-Bum, and CQC, he also works in education with initiatives like Telecurso and projects for the Museum of Tomorrow. With almost 10 million followers on social media, he hosts "Provoca" and is a commentator for Jornal da Cultura, as well as a member of I2AI and the Osesp Foundation. Gil Giardelli is a professor, writer, speaker, and specialist in innovation and artificial intelligence. With over 27 years of experience, he has taught as a guest lecturer at renowned institutions such as Stanford and MIT, and has delivered more than 1,500 lectures, including TEDx talks. He is the author of books on technology and digital transformation, such as Thinking the Unthinkable. Gil is also the co-founder of 5 ERA, focused on digital strategies, and serves as an advisor to several companies. He has received awards for his contributions to innovation and is a member of AIFOD, affiliated with the UN, promoting sustainable development through AI.
Tanel Tera is Head of the e-Services Management Department at the Health and Welfare Information Systems Centre in Tallinn, Estonia, since September 2019. He oversees the development of digital services in the areas of health, social security, data, and labor, leading a team of 130 specialists. With a degree in IT Systems Administration from Kehtna School of Economics and Technology, Tanel is an experienced leader in the digital transformation of Estonia's health and welfare sector.
