Lecture: The Innovative Clinician: Architecting Digital Health in the Stanford Ecosystem

September 16, 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM

Some of the most significant advancements in digital health emerge when physicians move beyond merely identifying problems and begin actively participating in the design of solutions. In this opening lecture, Dr. Brian Han shares his journey as an innovative clinician within Stanford's innovation ecosystem, exploring how an environment that integrates research, design, and clinical practice empowers physicians to innovate and develop new technologies. The presentation provides both a practical perspective on how innovation ecosystems operate and a reflection on the growing role of physician-architects in shaping the future of medicine.
