Executive Pass: This is the premium participation in the Healthcare Innovation Show – HIS, offering the most complete access to the event! In addition to watching the master keynote presentation and product demonstrations, Executive Pass holders have access to all the content on the stages. It includes a reserved VIP space on each stage (front row seats), access to the VIP lounge, and exclusive areas for coffee breaks and rest, as well as access to the Networking Space, the ShowCase Experience and access to the full report with the 3 main insights from each HIS lecture. 

Congress attendee: This ticket provides access to the master keynote presentation, product demonstrations and all stage content. Congress attendees also have free access to the trade fair and areas that facilitate networking and connections with other professionals in the area, as well as access to the Networking Space and the ShowCase Experience. 

Visitor: This ticket allows you to see all the innovative healthcare solutions available at the Healthcare Innovation Show – HIS, as well as access to the Solutions Demonstration stage. All visitors can also take advantage of networking opportunities and connect with other professionals in the field, as well as access to the Networking Space and the ShowCase Experience.

You can collect your credentials for any ticket category at the accreditation desks at the entrance to the event.

Yes, it is possible, but when purchasing, you must provide the name and email address of the person who will receive the ticket. The third party must fill in all the information to validate the ticket.

No. The pass is for personal use and is non-transferable. At the entrance to the event, your photo ID will be checked. Only the pass holder will be allowed to access the event.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the customer may cancel the purchase of a ticket made electronically within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the customer has not used the access and/or benefits acquired (access to the event online or in person).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in person.

The São Paulo Expo infrastructure is fully accessible, with elevators, ramps and integrated access between the parking lot and the pavilion.

*We would like to emphasize that we do not recommend the presence of children and teenagers at the event, as it is a corporate event, with a lot of lighting and sound, and where people drink alcoholic beverages during happy hour.

By car: São Paulo Expo offers parking for R$90.00.

By travel app:  just enter "São Paulo Expo" as your destination.

Congonhas Airport, 10 minutes from São Paulo Expo, is the main airport for domestic flights, while Guarulhos International Airport is approximately 60 minutes away.
